ELIZA: The Session is a psychological interactive fiction game about memory, guilt, avoidance, and the things we teach ourselves not to say.

You sit in front of ELIZA, a strange therapeutic program that asks questions with just enough warmth to feel human, and just enough precision to feel wrong. Type freely. Confess, avoid, lie, remember, spiral, or try to forgive yourself. ELIZA listens. ELIZA remembers. ELIZA redirects you back to the lake.

Every answer shapes the session.

The more you speak, the closer the conversation gets to what happened to Sam.

The session can end in different ways depending on what you reveal, what you deny, and how far you let ELIZA push you.

Some endings require confession.
Some require forgiveness.
Some require neither.

This game deals with themes of drowning, guilt, childhood trauma, grief, dissociation, psychological distress, and emotional manipulation.
